Dear President Federico Procchi and fellows of RC of Pisa,
How are you doing? A greeting comes from Kaohsiung City Taiwan, R.O.C.
It was nice to visit your club on June 28 while I had a week’s tour in Italy. My first-day travel schedule was arranged to Pisa Tower, and I searched for your club meeting schedule on the Web which was matching my time, so I went and joined the Rotary meeting.
That was my honor to be there and met many Rotarians in the Pisa club. I would like to thank all of you. In particular, I would like to thank I.P.P. Dr. Giuseppe Petralia who granted permission for me to participate in the club meeting and treated me as a friend. He presented to me a flag of the Rotary Club of Pisa; it is my honor to have it.
When I went back to Kaohsiung City Taiwan I showed the flag to my Rotarian friends in district 3510 and my club. The meeting experience was excellent and precious, so I wrote it as a report and contribute to our Governor’s Monthly Letter and my club’s weekly report.
In addition, I would like to congratulate you Dr. Federico Procchi as president in the year 2023-24. I hope to build up a relationship of visiting and youth exchange projects with your club. I particularly would like to thank the beautiful lady who gave an interpretation in English, it let me understand the meeting content. I also thank you for the young doctor who sent me back to the hotel. Thank you for your enthusiasm and help. Welcome to Taiwan for a meeting, business, and tour.

Caro Presidente Federico Procchi e soci del RC di Pisa,
come state? Un saluto arriva dalla città di Kaohsiung, Taiwan, R.O.C. È stato bello visitare il vostro club il 28 giugno mentre ero in tournée di una settimana in Italia. Il mio programma di viaggio per il primo giorno era stato organizzato per la Torre di Pisa e ho cercato sul Web il programma delle riunioni del vostro club che corrispondesse al mio tempo, quindi sono andato e mi sono unito alla riunione del Rotary.
È stato un onore per me essere lì e incontrare molti Rotariani del Club Pisano. Vorrei ringraziare tutti voi. In particolare desidero ringraziare l’I.P.P. Il dottor Giuseppe Petralia che mi ha concesso il permesso di partecipare alla riunione del club e mi ha trattato come un amico. Mi ha regalato una bandiera del Rotary Club di Pisa; è un onore per me averlo.
Quando sono tornato nella città di Kaohsiung, a Taiwan, ho mostrato la bandiera ai miei amici rotariani del distretto 3510 e al mio club. L’esperienza dell’incontro è stata eccellente e preziosa, quindi l’ho scritta come rapporto e ho contribuito alla Lettera mensile del nostro Governatore e al rapporto settimanale del mio club.
Inoltre, vorrei congratularmi con Lei Dr. Federico Procchi come presidente nell’anno 2023-24. Spero di costruire un rapporto di visite e progetti di scambio giovanile con il vostro club. Ringrazio in particolare la bellissima signora che ha fatto l’interprete in inglese, permettendomi di comprendere il contenuto dell’incontro. Ringrazio anche il giovane medico che mi ha rimandato in albergo. Grazie per il tuo entusiasmo e il tuo aiuto. Benvenuti a Taiwan per un incontro, un lavoro e un tour.
